Weight Loss Tips for Any Body Type

A person is different in every way; therefore, you cannot presuppose that any diet fits every body type. What is important is there are tips that will work for any body and every body. Why? Because they are very basic to the way our bodies work.

If you fail to use these weight loss tips, it will slow down or make your weight loss unworkable. It will seem that you are struggling to lose weight. It is because you are going against your body’s natural survival instincts.

When you comprehend and use these tips, you will lose 10 pounds fast and you will discover that your weight loss will get easier as you go along because it is based on how your body genuinely functions. You will be improving your body’s will to fight for balance and the natural healing process. As Dr. Joel Wallach simply puts it, “Give your body what it needs and it will heal”.

Your weight loss and weight maintenance systems are also your energy, growth, healing and maintenance systems. They are your systems of life. Make sure that you keep the systems going, work with them and you will definitely live a healthy life. If you work against these systems of life, you die. The reality is obesity is a sign of death and dying.

Create habits that will support your life and weight loss systems. Make sure you are hydrated, exercised and stretched. Eat small portions, often and early in the day, chew your food well. Don’t eat vegetable oils that have been exposed to extreme heat or drink any carbonated beverage instead eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acid and drink water. Cut way down on sugar, carbohydrates and alcohol. Eat more protein but be sensible about it. Or go for a carbs diet.

We are creatures of habit so make a fun ritual. We put on do much weight because we made it a habit to have a ‘cookie with our coffee’. Establish new fun rituals that support your body being healthy. Go easy on yourself by not expecting to do it right every day. When you forget to live out one of the tips in any day, all you need to do is start again. Do not wait to start again tomorrow. Make it a goal to get better every day, in the end you will gain more.

Read and be familiar with the rest of the tips and map out on paper little rituals for when you get up, eat and go to bed. Do it a bit at a time and these weight loss tips will support your weight loss and your life.
