Great article and tips! Just want to comment on one thing you wrote: "Most flunkies know how to study. Most broke people know how wealth is generated. Most overweight people how to lose weight. However, what separates all of these very knowledgeable, yet unsuccessful people from the results they desire is action."

I disagree that it's action that separates the successful from the unsuccessful, atleast in weight. Most overweight people have taken action and started one program or another. The real question should be why don't they stick with the actions that they know will get them the results? And the answer to that is the million dollar (and pound!) answer. The reason fat people end up staying (or returning to) fat is the same reason the broke stay broke and the flunkies continue to flunk. It's because of their conditioning, also called programming. Just like a computer is programmed, so are we. And if you are not programmed for thin-thinking, you will always struggle getting to, and staying at, your ideal weight, because you're programmed for fat-thinking. It all comes down to this equation about life: Thoughts create Feelings. Feelings create Actions. Actions create Results. Our thoughts are our programming. And how do you know your programming re weight? Step on the scales. If your overweight, your programming is overweight. I know because addressing and changing my programming finally allowed me to shed over 135 lbs which I have now kept off for 6+ years. (before I couldn't keep weight off for 6 minutes!) Read the book "Why Are You Weighting? It's Not The Food That's Making You Fat!" which you can get at WhyAreYouWeighting . com. It's your brain that's making you fat, not your stomach, guaranteed! Change your brain, change your waistline.
