So, in effect through calorie shifting you can go on a low calorie diet, still get to eat your favorite food at certain times each week and still lose weight like crazy. It is the easiest way to diet that I know of unless you are talking about a weight gain diet. This kind of diet, in my opinion is the amazing diet plan.

Now onto the second most important thing about weight-loss and that is—drum roll—starting! Yes, you heard me, starting. Every day that you think about dieting you are either gaining weight or holding onto what you have. So why not get busy choosing a diet and starting it. Then you can concentrate on the third most important thing about weight-loss: sticking with your diet!
