Love Handles Exercises And Fat Reduction

I’m confident that you have had moments when you desire you could get a “handle” on your “love handles”. After all, it seems everyone these days is obsessed with slim waists and hard abs.
It’s a good thing love handles can be removed from your body just by making a few healthy changes. You will need to tone up your midsection with specific love handle exercises and lose some body fat. It will take a while for your body to start looking slimmer, but every minute is worth it when it comes down to your health and self image.
The first love handle exercise you should start doing is aerobic exercise. Getting your heart rate up is useful for your overall health, as well as great for burning calories. There are lots of fun activities you can do to burn the body fat. You could like to walk on a treadmill, run, swim, use an elliptical machine, ride a bicycle, compete in a sport, and the list goes on and on.
Choose an aerobic activity you will not get tired of easily. You could even like to mix it up, and do something different every day if you wanted. The important thing is that you get your aerobic exercise at least 5 times a week. You will start noticing the health benefits in just one or two weeks.
Another effective love handle exercise is yoga. The combination of stretching and bending is convenient for many reasons. For many people, meditation helps them to deal with life’s problems without turning to food. Using meditation to focus on the “inner you” is a significant part of the yoga experience. Yoga also includes some bending and stretching. As you do these two things, your blood flow increases which will in turn help to boost your metabolism, increase flexibility, and correct bad body posture. Proper body posture alone will make you look slimmer in no time!
Love handle exercises like aerobics and stretching are great, but your exercise routine must also include muscle toning. It is needed especially in the abdominal area. This makes sense since your love handles are located by your abdomen region.
The actual toning does not get rid of the handles, but if you include a healthy diet to your love handle exercises, the fat will go away. As fat disappears from your body, the muscles in your abdominal section will begin showing, so you will want them to look good. It’s also true having more muscle mass means you will burn fat quicker than if you have a weak body.
To tone the muscles in your midsection, try the stomach vacuum. The stomach vacuum requires you learn to breathe from your abdomen. This means that when you breathe, your stomach should rise and fall just like a baby’s stomach. Breathe in, then out. After breathing out, hold your breath and suck in your stomach, as if you are trying to press your belly button against your spine. Slowly release after a count of three. Relax for a few moments, and then repeat 4 more times.
The stomach vacuum will strengthen your transversal muscles (the muscles that hold in your midsection). Many people have lost 1-2 inches in their waist after doing the stomach vacuum exercise for a few weeks! This exercise is better than those overrated ab crunches and waist bends if you are looking for results.
Dedicate yourself to working on love handle exercises at least 5 days a week, and you will soon see results in your battle against the bulge. Losing fat at the same time will also give you killer abs! Be sure to remain constant, and you will certainly succeed at your health development goals.
