4. It is recommended to write down the list of things you are proud of, happy or satisfied with. Each morning read this list aloud in order to reprogram your subconscious to believe yourself to be a happy, balanced and self confident person. So keep adding things you are proud or happy every day.
5. – Set realistic goals. You will manage to succeed in your weight loss process only if you gradually place realistic goals and achieve them. In such a way you will not put on weight again.
