Intake Fatty Foods And Still Lose Excess Body Weight

Do you know that salads can help you lose weight in multiple ways? By eating a salad along with all your meals, your metabolism will increase, and you will have a faster fat burning effect! However there’s another alternative in salads helping you lose weight, something you might not be aware of! Eating Junk food by itself isn’t good for you, but if you eat salads with Junk foods, you will be able to set-back any further fat increase!

You are probably how can salads help you with your weight loss goals, especially when you failed miserably with all those other fad diet programs out there. Well, all of this occurs when two chemicals interact with each other. You know the reason why you are overweight, right? Yes, the obvious answer is that you became overweight because of intaking Junk foods.

But why would your weight increase by consuming Junk foods? Your weight will increase because the foods you eaten such as soft drinks, red meat, sugar, dairy foods, etc., are plentiful in acids. These acids would have killed you if left ‘as is’ inside your body. In order to save you from death, the acid is attach to fat in your body, neutralized them and stored them as fat deposits inside your body!

Now, as a matter of fact, green vegetables such as salads contain a lot of alkaline. Alkaline is acids worst foe. When alkaline enters your body, it will cleanse your body of all the toxins that you have in the form of fat deposits. In this way you will see that you are able to shed all the extra pounds very quickly! So, in order to make your weight loss goals go by fast, you will need to consume more veggies!

That is why I told you at the beginning of this article that even if you eat Junk foods once in a while, it is important to add a green vegetable to it. When you order some fast food, always ask for a side order of salad. With the amount of alkaline in the salad, the acids found in the Junk food are neutralize to prevent any further weight gain!

If you want to lose weight, but don’t want to stop eating Junk food, start making it a habit to eat vegetables along with your Junk foods. Plan your meals in such a way that at least 70-80% of your meal consists of raw vegetables and fruits while the rest can be fixed meal! Planning your meals in this way will enable you to lose weight very quickly! Remember that the faster you lose weight, the quicker you can acquire a sexy body like your favorite celebrity!
