    These are some great tips, Omega 3 is certainly something I did not think of, however I really believe that diet alone will not provide the results you want. You really need to combine a good exercise regime with the proper diet to succeed. This is what has worked for me!

    I agree, But my advice is to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes
    Also, in order to lose at least a pound, you have to go exercise daily over the course of a week.
    But why is it so difficult for most people to get a six pack?
