When we are young, we don’t take care of our health and body treating them as something immortal and indispensible. We spend sleepless nights, eat cookies, drink alcoholic beverages, hang out in dance-clubs, smoke, and eat wherever and whenever we want. Sooner or later such careless treatment gives its fruits and unfortunately these fruits are not always sweet. Do you remember your last dinner in fast food café? It means that you are likely to become very unsatisfied by your reflection in the mirror very soon. Probably you already have weight problems. Anyway, it’s high time you revised your lifestyle and nutrition. The following advices will help you to choose the right food to eat and to avoid things harmful for your health.
1. Forget about fast-food cafes once and for good. If you don’t have time to eat proper food, you’d better eat nothing or drink a cup of green tea. Fast food contains a lot of harmful component. Eating eat together with coke you literally kill your organism slowly.
2. Avoid foods containing carbs. After coming to your organism, carbs turn to sugar which is not only very harmful for all systems of your organism, but also conserves the energy needed for calorie burning and can cause hormonal changes, which in their turn can lead to mere serious disorders.
3. Buy a subscription to the nearest gym. If you always wanted to do sports, it is high time for you to fulfill your dream. Physical exercises rev up your metabolism, making your body burn more calories than usually. The more calories your body burn, the thinner you are. You will finally manage to fit in your favorite pair of jeans. If you don’t have time or the nearest gym is several kilometers from you and you don’t have a car – use every opportunity to do exercises at home. Do morning exercises as well, because they wind up all systems of your organism, including metabolism. This way your body will burn calories for the rest of the day – just what you need.
4. Drink as much liquid as you can during the day. Water proved to boost metabolism and the needed daily portion of water is several glasses a day – from four to three liters. It is necessary that water is still, not sparkling. You can also drink chilled or hot green tea instead. Green tea is a perfect antioxidant and useful for your entire organism.
5. Eat healthy foods, containing proteins and vitamins. It can be poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables, beans, excluding white rice, nuts, etc.
