Secondly, absorbing more fiber will help clean out your digestive tract by getting rid of the waste.Eliminating bodily waste can help you achieve better weight loss results.  By pooping enough you can decrease the amount of waste buildup in your body, having waste buildup can keep your body from losing weight.

Next, make sure most of the sugars your body intake is from fruit and not processed foods.

A natural source of sugar can be found in fruits. Because of the pulp and fiber found in fruit, you can increase digestion and elimination. Natural sugars found in fruit is more beneficial for your blood sugar level than processed sugars. Consuming more processed sugars can rapidly increase your blood sugar and cause you to crash faster, which can lead to more problems other than weight loss.

Focusing on these next steps can help you lose 5 pounds a week.

Doing squats is the first exercise. A few years ago, I’ve read that squats is the most effective exercise you can do in staying in shape. Doing squats can help you burn fat fast.Don’t brush these off as being too easy.  If you’re out of shape, start with 25 or 50, but work your way up to 100 to 200 per day.  It won’t be easy doing squats.  They really can’t be beat if you want to lose weight faster.

This exercise may sound a little weird! Just like a child playing, spin in a circle. Spin 15 to 20 times until you start to feel dizzy. Why do you think  this should be done? How does this help lose weight? By balancing and improving your endocrine system, you can spin around in circles. To lose weight, balance you endocrine system and even out your hormone levels. You might start to feel a difference if you try this out for the next few days, you might be surprised.
