Avocados are enriched with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and micro-nutrients. Eggs also refer to the group of excellent fat burning products. It is a great source of antioxidants and protein.

Nuts, such as pecans, almonds, macadamia and walnuts are great weight loss foods. These nuts contain fats, but it helps to get rid of excess body fat. That is because nuts are enriched with fibers and protein and that is great for reducing weight. Take also into consideration that strawberries, blueberries and raspberries contain lots of antioxidants.

Bear in mind that these foods can help you in the weight loss process, but they do not cure excess fat or obesity. It is still recommended to do regular physical workouts combining this with eating fat burning foods, mentioned above.
