Fast Way To Lose Weight By Getting Rid of Love Handles

Most people with love handles are looking for a fast way to lose weight.  Are you one of those people that need help to lose weight?  If you spend all day doing abdominal crunches and sit-ups, you may be interested in what I am going to share with you.  Sit-ups and crunches won’t actually help to lose weight on those love handles.

Many people falsely believe love handles can be rid of by these exercises; they hold that it is possible to reduce spot fat.  Actually, this is not a fast way to lose weight. Your body, not your mind, decides where to burn fat. More often than not, the area around your abdomen is the last place your body burns fat from. So, no matter how many exercises you do, you’ll still need help to lose weight from your love handles. Instead, why don’t you try some smarter work-out techniques as another way to lose weight?

Here are some suggestions for fast ways to lose weight from your love handles.

Firstly, don’t exercise on the floor, but use an exercise ball instead.  This fast way to lose weight forces you to use your abdominal muscles to keep you from falling off the ball. This increases the intensity of the workout and serves as a great help to lose weight.

Secondly, add a little mixture into your workout routine.  Rather than simply sticking with abdominal crunches and push-ups, try also doing Standing Trunk Twists and Twist Crunches.  This is really another good way to lose weight and keeps you from getting bored as you work out.

Thirdly, use proper weights when exercising.  Not only is a fast way to lose weight, but it also makes working out safer for you.  The more weights you use, the leaner the muscles you build. These lean muscles are a great help to lose weight as they help you burn extra fat.

Fourthly, remember that exercises can only do so much.  They are not the only fast way to lose weight. If you truly want to rid yourself of those love handles, consider also eating a healthy diet.  Regulate your calorie intake.  Don’t simply minimize the amount of foods you eat but rather avoid junk and sugary foods with no nutritional value.  Instead eat natural fruits and vegetables as well as lean chicken meat. Chicken meat is rich in protein which helps you build lean muscle.  Eating healthily is surely another fast way to lose weight.
