If you’re not getting enough, just increase the amount you drink. If you’re drinking too much, then reduce the amount of water you’re drinking each time.

When you have enough water, it’s easier for your body to metabolize fat by clearing your kidneys of accumulated waste. It may even help clear up your complexion!

Save One Day A Week For Your Favorite Foods!
A diet without some enjoyment of your favorite foods will eventually cause you to break your discipline. That’s the reason why so many people fail.
