2. Drink more water
As for me, I have never thought that drinking water is so important. But I decided to change my lifestyle and began drink lots of water during the day.
3. No more fast food
Actually I did not go much to Burger King or McDonald’s, but I used to attend the local Chinese fast food restaurant. I was so much surprised when I got to know the amount of calories fried rice contain. If you want to eat quick lunch, take one of the low-calorie sandwiches at subway, it is suggested to make sure that you will get enough protein, in addition to good carbs.
4. Eat a good breakfast
The next important thing to be not overlooked is eating your breakfast every day. If you skip your breakfast you are subjected at risk to gain weight. If you are not hungry in the mornings, you should force yourself to have breakfast. It is recommended to eat one portion of protein and some “healthy” carbs like oatmeal.
5. Eat 5 or 6 small meals each day
If you got used to eat two or three times a day you can find it difficult to eat 5 or 6 times a day. But you should only start and it will become not so tough for you, you will see that you are always hungry. So go for it and it will be easy for you to eat often.
6. Go for a walk every day (watch that you walk at a decent pace)
It may seem for you also very tough if you even have a dog. You should force yourself to take your dog and go for a walk every evening. After you have got used to this, you will see that you lose your weight successfully. And if you skip some evening of walk, you will feel even guilty, that you did not take your dog. So, take into account that having a dog may be a good incentive for you. So, follow this recommendation and you will see, that you lose those unwanted pounds effectively and you can change your wardrobe in a month or so.
