1) Get on a diet plan that will cut out all the fast food and keep your calorie intake low. Sure McDonald’s would be easier. But home cooked foods are so much more effective in providing your body with the right nutrition and it will make you feel better day in and day out. Fast food has a way of making you feel guilty when you are done eating. It has a way of making you feel dirty or that you cheated. Basically, it will make you feel like you failed. So follow your diet plan to the letter. In my diet plan, I make sure that I keep my calorie intake under 1900 calories. I document each and every meal I eat in my food journal. I also plan my meals out for the week and make sure I stay with the diet plan.
2) Get on an exercise plan that requires you be active all day. A good exercise plan will help make your weight loss go so much quicker. I have heard of people that loss weight when they follow their diet plan. I would suggest an exercise plan that is 30 minutes of walking in the morning, 30 minutes of walking during lunch, and then a trip to the gym after dinner. the gym visit would consist of 25 minutes of cardio along with 20 minutes of weight training and toning.
3) A top notch weight loss plan would advise you that you need to have a support system in place. For me my wife is a partner with everything that I do, and she is committed to helping us get healthy. So she is constantly helping me to make sure I follow my diet plan and my exercise plan. She is not shy about telling me when I make a slip up. And she also knows how to get me back on the weight loss program quickly.
