1200 Calorie Diet Plan To Burn Extra Weight

In this article I will try to give you a simple little 1200 calorie diet scheme that is able to make you burn weight if you keep to the guidelines I am about to give you. This plan is secure and intended to make you lose weight for the long term. This is not some quick little fast diet that will make you gain back the extra pounds double when you get off it, instead it is prolonged program that will actually help you lose weight fairly quick and keep it off.

1. Eat 4-6 small meals during the day. I know this seems like a lot but in reality it is not because you are actually increasing your metabolism by eating more meals throughout the day. The key here is to eat a lot of small meals throughout the day, not a plenty of big meals.

2. Try to eat healthy foods like fresh fruits, veggies, lean meat and whole grains. A good way to begin your day is with Quaker Oatmeal because it is full of fiber, low in fat and quells your hunger. Also match things up so that you will make your diet interesting. Probably replace your Oatmeal with cereal on certain days along with other healthy foods.

3. Be sure your breakfast is one of your biggest meals. This raises your metabolism early in the day and keeps it quite high so that you will have more energy for the whole day.

4. Drink around eight 8 ounce glasses of water every day. A lot of times your body mistakes thirst for hunger and you finish eating more. I know that seems crazy but this has actually been proven. Of course you also need to ensure you limit your calories since your doing a 1200 calories diet program.

Basically the entire concept here is to be at or below 1200 calories each day. I would advise eating mainly healthy foods but in reality if you keep it below this calorie amount then you will see some weight loss if you are already eating over 1200 calories per day. Mix this with exercise daily and you will see gradual weight loss that you may keep off for good.
